We can supply cable at £1.50 + vat per metre for connecting a cash register or touch screen to a kitchen printer. It is the customer's responsibility to run the cable and when this has been completed, we will provide and install the connectors. Alternatively, we can supply a wireless system using bluetooth connectors (subject to conditions). This is especially useful if you have a difficult run to the kitchen where unsightly cables would be a problem.

If you suffer from frequent power cuts, an uninterrupted power supply unit (UPS) could help to avoid your business coming to a standstill. In the event of a power cut, battery power kicks in without any disruption to the performance of the equipment connected to it. You can continue to operate on battery power for about 30 minutes giving you valuable time to complete transactions and in the case of a restaurant, print outstanding bills for the tables. The UPS also gives protection against power surges.

If your power supply is subject to fluctuations of high and low voltage, your equipment may suffer in its performance and could in some cases be severely damaged. In these situations we would recommend a voltage stabiliser to 'iron out' the fluctuations in the power supply. It also gives protection against power surges.

As an alternative or an addition to a kitchen printer, you can have a kitchen display. The head chef can see at a glance the 8 most recent orders and using the stainless steel sealed bumpbar keypad can scroll through and view all of the open orders. Additional information such as the serving time for each order is also displayed.

You can use any standard VGA full colour display. Please be aware that the above price does not include a display and we do not supply them.

Casio's back office software can be used with any of the Casio touch screen range.

The lite version enables users to program the touch screen system, retrieve sales data and print various sales reports from their PC.

The full version has all the features of the lite version but also includes a stock control module with ordering, transfers and wastage features. All the facilities are provided for users to be able to carry out their own internal stock-takes.

There is a multi-site version for users with more than one site.
