The term 'Premier Cash Registers Ltd' and 'Premier Retail Systems Rental Ltd' or 'us' or 'we' or 'our' refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 43 Frenches Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 2HR. Our company registration numbers are 2511693 and 1989139 respectively. The term 'you' or 'your' refers to the user or viewer of our website. Please Note: We only supply to businesses based in the UK and we do not ship overseas.

Delivery: Cash Registers, Touch-screens and Optional Extras

Unless otherwise stated, the prices of cash registers and touch-screens quoted on this website include delivery* by courier. Any optional extras or accessories ordered with a cash register or touch-screen will not incur any additional delivery charges.

In many cases, depending on location, we will automatically install touch-screens and other high end equipment with training at no additional charge. Please contact us for more details.

With regards to low and mid range equipment, where possible, installation by one of our engineers along with staff training can be arranged for an additional charge.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery from the receipt of all of your required programming information except in special circumstances. This is purely a guide and we aim to deliver on a much shorter timescale, in some cases the next working day. For a more exact prediction, please contact us.

Delivery: Scales, Counting Equipment, Supplies and Accessories

Unless otherwise stated, the prices of sales and counting equipment quoted on this website include delivery* by courier.

Orders for supplies and accessories are subject to a delivery charge as stated* and will be delivered by courier or Royal Mail. This charge is per order not per item.

For orders made before 2pm on a working day, we aim to deliver by 4pm the next working day if all items are available in stock. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. For an additional charge our couriers can deliver before 9am, 10am and midday and also on a Saturday. Items sent by Royal Mail will be sent first-class.

*There are additional charges for deliveries to any UK offshore destination (eg. Isle of Wight), Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.


We do not accept returns so please make sure you are purchasing the correct equipment/supplies for your business.

If an item is damaged in transit or an order is incomplete or missing parts, this must be reported to us by telephoning 01737 773571 within 24 hours of delivery. We will accept no liability after this period.

Damaged items must be repackaged securely in their original packing and will be collected free of charge. Replacements will be sent out following the receipt of the item(s) in question.

If a fault occurs with an item of equipment, please contact us immediately on 01737 773571 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) or on our out-of-hours emergency number supplied with cash registers and touch-screen systems which will be shown on the cover page of your customised operating instructions. We will make every effort to solve your problem over the phone.
