Occasionally, information is obtained or verified from an internet search or from Companies House, Royal Mail or DPD especially when it is incomplete. If we have inaccurate or incomplete information, this would damage the efficiency of the purpose for which it is to be used.

How will we use the information about you?

The necessary lawful basis for us processing this information is to establish, execute and fulfil a contract with you. We will use this information to process your order, provide the services requested, manage your account and maintain guarantee records. We will retain this information indefinitely to execute possible future orders and provide support on equipment.

We will not use or share this information with other companies for marketing purposes. We may pass this information to our parcel couriers or suppliers for delivery purposes. We will share this information with Casio Electronics Co. Ltd using their business portal when setting up an account for the Casio Cloud Service. Information will only be shared with Paymentsense Ltd on a customers’ request. We will share this information with our accountants at the end of each financial year. We will share this information if we are required to do so by law.

If you complete a direct debit authorisation form, you agree to allow your data to be passed to GoCardless who operate the direct debit facility on our behalf. Your data, which includes contact name, address, email address, bank account number and sort-code, may be transferred, processed and stored outside of the EEA and may be subject to disclosure as required by applicable law.
